Helping you discover your own path.
Sometimes life’s challenges can feel overwhelming. You may be navigating anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, or just a deep sense that something isn't quite right — even if you can’t fully explain it.
Counselling can offer a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore what you're feeling, at your own pace.

People seek counselling for many reasons — sometimes with clear concerns, and sometimes with a quiet feeling that something needs to change.
You might be:
Feeling anxious, stuck, or emotionally overwhelmed
Grieving the loss of a loved one or a life chapter
Struggling with low self-esteem or self-worth
Going through a difficult life transition or relationship change
Exploring your identity, purpose, or direction
Wanting a space to be heard without judgement or pressure
Together, we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, helping you gain insight, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself.
How counselling might support you:
Support navigating emotional challenges like anxiety, grief, or feeling lost.
Time to reflect, explore and reconnect with your true self.
A warm, accepting space to talk — without pressure or judgement.
Build self-understanding and emotional clarity.

FAQs
What is Person-centred Counselling?
Person-centred counselling is an empathetic, supportive form of therapy that focuses entirely on you as an individual – your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
But what truly makes it effective is the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. The heart of this approach is creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. It's through this safe, trusting connection that healing and personal growth can take place.
What can I expect from a counselling session?
You lead the way in this process. You choose what we talk about and how deeply you want to go. There’s no pressure, no rush, and no “right” way to be in the room. My role is to walk beside you, helping you make sense of your inner world and discover your own path forward.
Each session is 50- 60 minutes long and depending on your needs, I offer both focused short-term work and longer ongoing work.
I offer face to face counselling at a practice in Lymington. Alternatively, I can offer online video calls or telephone counselling if this would be more suited to your needs.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me via email if you have any questions and I’d be happy to arrange a 10-15 minute phone conversation.
